Our services, sales and international delivery are only available to users residing in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.   1. You may browse product pages without registering an account; to complete order payment, you need to fill in valid personal receiving information truthfully.

  1. All commodities displayed on the website are ladies’ apparel, home wear and accessories. Product pictures, sizes and colors are for reference only; slight color difference caused by display screens shall not be regarded as product quality problems.
  2. After you submit an order and complete payment, we will arrange delivery within 1-3 working days. We reserve the right to cancel orders unilaterally if goods are out of stock, priced incorrectly or abnormal transaction risks are detected.
  3. All finished orders shall comply with our Return & Refund Policy; please refer to the dedicated page for detailed after-sales standards.

4. Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

  1. We provide free international shipping to the 8 designated countries. The overall delivery cycle is 12-25 working days, and logistics delays caused by customs inspection, holidays or force majeure are beyond our control.
  2. Any import tariffs, customs clearance fees, local consumption taxes generated when the goods enter your country shall be borne by the buyer independently.
  3. If parcels are detained, confiscated or returned by local customs due to prohibited items, incomplete information or personal reasons, relevant losses shall be undertaken by you.

5. Payment Terms

We cooperate with authorized third-party payment providers to process payment transactions. We do not store your complete bank card data to guarantee payment security. All payments shall be settled in accordance with the currency selected by you on the website. Any transaction fees charged by payment institutions shall follow the rules of the payment service provider.
